ANALOG FEST!

Saturday Nov 7, 1PM @ 2640 (2640 St. Paul St.)

Please join us as fuzzed-out Baltimore psych-punk outfit Weekends perform at this midday festival along with several of Baltimore's best high school experimental bands. Some may know Needle Gun from their rad Whartscape performance honoring Billy Mays or several performances at the Red Room, but for those who don't, this aggressive noise group offers a refreshing young take on the genre. Fellow MT6 label-mate NARC (mem. Engine) also pushes the envelope when it comes to innovative sample based performances and this, one of his first few live performances, should be a treat to hear. Also performing are progressive, talented psych outfit the Somber Tones, psych-influenced post-punk from The Fordists (of D.C.),  and a noise band with a really emo drummer, Colin Dean Explosion.  5 buck requested donation, 1 pm - 6 pm.  Hope to see ya there!

Red Emma's is open Monday through Friday from 10AM-10PM, Saturday from 10AM-8PM, and Sunday from 10AM-6PM. Our weekly collective meetings are Sunday at 7PM, and are open to anyone interested in the project, except for the first Sunday of every month, which is closed to everyone except collective members.
Red Emma's is part of IU 660 of the Industrial Workers of the World, one of the only unions to recognize that worker collectives can stand in solidarity with those fighting the bosses as part of one big union.
