POSTPONED: Art Against Occupation: Images of Resistance From Palestine
Saturday Jun 27, 7PM @ 2640 (2640 St. Paul St.)
UPDATE: This will be happening sometime in July instead - stay tuned....
From non-violent direct action, to intricate works of art on the very walls that imprison, learn about the creative tactics being
used in Palestine to resist, remember, and keep hope alive.
We will be showcasing some of the best graffiti from the West Bank, the Wall, and Gaza, as well as showing videos about the highly organized direct action gong on in those areas, and talking about the changing tactics being used to halt the loss of land and bring attention to the crimes of the occupation.
Free Mediterranean food will be provided as well!
